Step 1 Before an agreement is signed, we go to work and start to invest in your property! The first step is an in-depth interview with the owner. The only way to meet expectations is to KNOW the expectations of the property owner.
Step 2 Next is the financial analysis of the property.
Step 3 Finally, our recommendations; is this property better suited for a vacation rental versus an annual rental, the strategic marketing plan, and what maintenance needs to be completed. We will do all the heavy lifting; you sit back and collect a check!

Comprehensive Marketing Approach

Housekeeping and Maintenance
The housekeeping team will clean the properties promptly after departure. After the cleaning is completed a member of the Ascendia Team will inspect the property. A customized cleaning and maintenance checklist is finalized and if any maintenance is necessary the inspector will notify the maintenance department. Our maintenance department will conduct repairs unless a licensed contractor is required. Ascendia Group has an extensive list of vendors that have been vetted and we have built relationships with them throughout the years. Our maintenance team is also available to enhance your property, from flooring to painting and carpentry.
Owner Stays
We understand that owners will want to use their properties from time to time. However, using the property during peak times will negatively impact the income of the property owner. Financial goals and objectives are discussed prior to entering into an agreement with Ascendia. When an owner wants to use their property there are two ways for them to reserve the property. One they can contact us, and we will reserve it, or two you can go on the owner’s portal and block your stay on the calendar.
