The Sarasota real estate market has shattered all-time highs. According to the Sarasota and Manatee County Realtors® average sale prices, this March increased 46.3% over March 2020. Inventory of homes for sale decreased by 75.2% compared to the same month last year, leaving a desperate hunt for homes by buyers flocking from crowded cities up north.
The result, skyrocketing home prices. No one is sure how long this buying frenzy will last, but it sure is a great time to sell a home. Sellers can take advantage of a unique opportunity to sell their homes quickly and at a premium price.
